Allen Wrench is a clone-only cross of NYC Diesel and Trainwreck. A bit of a mysterious strain, the breeder and origins are unverified, but the cut is thought to have links to Santa Cruz, California.

TASTE & SMELL –

The cured buds have an essence of earthy, flowery fruit and the smoke has hints of diesel with a slightly sweet woody pine backend.

EFFECTS –

An uplifting joyful high, it is a good smoke for social occasions and creative endeavors.

MEDICAL USES –

Allen Wrench has been used medically to help with fatigue, migraines, pain, and stress.

GROW INFO –

A definite Sativa leaner. It has nice long rotund darkish green buds that taper off at the tip and are feathered with orange pistils. Allen Wrench is known to be a very stinky plant that has a branchy structure and a long flowering stage that ensures a vigorous stretch with vine-like growth. The plant has a reputation of being tricky to grow. Finicky, this strain is sensitive to overfeeding and takes time to recover from any hindrances to her growth. Allen Wrench delivers a more than reasonable harvest with the plant lending itself to the SCROG method of cultivation. She takes on average 74 days+ to finish with THC levels ranging from 16% to 23% on average. No information was found on this strain’s performance when being grown outdoors. But given her quirky reputation I would surmise that there are not many good points.

For those wishing to obtain Allen Wrench, it is a clone-only strain and no seeds are available. However, there are breeders/seed banks that offer the cross of NYC Diesel and Trainwreck but they should not be mistaken for the original clone-only version of Allen Wrench. Clones have from time to time been known to be found for sale in nurseries in legal states in America. It can also be found recreationally in many legal states with Artizen from Washington State being one of the companies that have made Allen Wrench available to the public on a large scale.
