OG Skunk by DNA Genetics is a 60% Sativa leaning hybrid that’s a powerful cross of OG #18 and Skunk #1.

OG Skunk is quite a pungent strain, blending both skunk and diesel aromas with sweet citrusy undertones. This strain provides a classic OG citrusy taste combined with sour skunky flavors and a mildly sweet back end.

OG Skunk’s effects are fast-acting, producing an uplifting, jovial and motivating high that inspires creativity and helps focus mental clarity and alertness.

This strains overall positive effects can be beneficial for those suffering from anxiety, depression and PTSD. Additionally, OG Skunk is known to be helpful in boosting appetite for those dealing with eating disorders.

This strain produces medium-height plants with large and wide, dark green leaves that are typical of her Indica heritage. She has a good leaf to calyx ratio that makes pruning her an easy chore. It is considered a moderately difficult strain to grow, sensitive to being fed nutrients and hard to revive if mistreated. However, she can display vigorous growth if dialed in correctly and all her needs are met. OG Skunk is well suited to growing using the Screen of Green cultivation method. She has a seven to nine week flowering period when grown indoors and can yield up to 16 ounces per square meter. Outdoors, she can produce up to 20 ounces per plant and be ready for harvest in late September when grown in the Northern Hemisphere.

Those wishing to acquire OG Skunk genetics should be aware that this strain was discontinued some time ago. Sourcing a verified clone is probably the only viable option.
