Originating out of California, New Blue Diesel or just Blue Diesel is an Indica leaning hybrid that’s a cross of DJ Short’s Blueberry and NYC Diesel. This award-winning strain was created by Dutch breeder, Sannie at Breeder’s Choice.

TASTE & SMELL –

New Blue Diesel buds carry a sweet smell of berries with a strong scent of diesel and earthy undertones. Once blazed, she delivers a sweet and sour taste of berries with earthy notes. New Blue Diesel produces two main phenotypes. Pheno #1 being on the sweet side, while pheno #2 has added hints of skunk.

EFFECTS –

Potent and long-lasting in effect, this strain offers a fast-acting expansive high with intense cerebral effects and a warm body buzz.

MEDICAL USES –

Medically, this strain can help alleviate the severity of migraines and headaches. While she has also been known to be beneficial in reducing inflammation caused by arthritis.

GROW INFO –

This strain is considered an easy grow, suitable for indoor cultivation and thriving outdoors in warm and sunny conditions. She grows medium-height and produces sticky buds with purple to bluish hues, thick trichomes and tan-colored hairs. Her flowering period ranges from eight to ten weeks indoors and is ready for harvest by late September when grown outdoors in the Northern Hemisphere.
