Manipuri is a pure 100% Sativa heirloom that’s traditionally cultivated by the Meitei people of Manipur, Imphal Valley in Northeast India.

TASTE & SMELL –

This rare heirloom is mainly earthy with mild hints of citrus and once cured, releasing a distinct minty aroma.

EFFECTS –

Manipuri unleashes a strong intense Sativa high that is quite similar to Thai/Lao landrace varieties regarding effects; racy, uplifting, cerebral and mildly psychedelic.

MEDICAL USES –

Medically, Manipuri has been known to help those suffering from severe chronic pain. She has also been noted for her ability to aid in the treatment of patients dealing with fatigue, stress and issues regarding eating disorders.

GROW INFO –

Manipuri grows tall, in some cases reaching up to 5 meters in height and is better suited for outdoor and greenhouse cultivation. She has a flowering period of eleven to thirteen weeks and has the potential to yield up to 35 ounces per plant. This landrace variety also produces purple phenotypes that are highly prized by the Meitei people and are referred to as “Chahao” which is Meitei for “Black Rice”.
