Exile

Exile is a 70% Indica dominant hybrid that was bred by the Dutch seed bank, Magus Genetics. This strain is a 3-way hybrid cross. A Warlock female was selected and crossed with a hybrid male whose genetics consisted of Northern Lights and White Widow which originated from Sensi Seeds. Magus Genetics is a small cottage seed bank that has only ever produced a handful of strains. Nevertheless, they have gained a reputation for crafting unique, top-quality strains, with Exile being their 5th release.

TASTE & SMELL –

Exile has a strong aroma that is sweet with hints of pine, the smoke also tastes sweet with slight notes of honey.

EFFECTS –

Effects wise, Exile keeps users happy, relaxed and sedated. This strain produces a strong body buzz that is more suitable for nighttime use. Overall, Exile is a pleasurable, content experience that will put a smile on your face and have you chilled out nicely.

MEDICAL USES –

Medically, this strain is said to help patients dealing with chronic pain, depression, muscle spasms and stress. The strain’s ability to leave users totally sedated can also be useful in the treatment of insomnia.

GROW INFO –

Exile’s growth traits and structure are similar to the Warlock but tend to have larger dark green leaves. The plants are short with extensive branching and large, thick buds. For those interested in growing this strain, she is more suited to being grown indoors with reported yields of up to 18 ounces per square meter. Exile is not considered an easy grow and perhaps not the best choice for the novice grower.

SEED AVAILABILITY –

In 2012 Magus Genetics joined forces with Serious Seeds and their strains were sold under the Serious Seeds banner. However, Exile was discontinued at some point. Those wishing to procure Exile genetics may have luck checking to see if seed banks still have old stock or alternatively seeking out a verified clone.
