Cinderella 99

Cinderella 99 aka Cindy 99 or just C99 for short is a Sativa dominant hybrid that was created by Mr. Soul, the founder of Brothers Grimm Seeds, back in 1999. This multiple awarding winning variety was derived from seeds found in a Jack Herer bud purchased from Sensi Smile coffeeshop by Mr. Soul while holidaying in Amsterdam. Mr. Soul grew these seeds out, producing a stand-out lady which he named “Princess”. Wanting to share this strain in seed form, Mr. Soul backcrossed this Princess female with a Shiva Skunk male using a breeding method known as “Cubing”. The end result Cinderella 99 quickly became the seed companies flagship strain.

TASTE & SMELL –

She has a rather complex terpene profile, delivering aromas and flavors ranging from sweet tropical fruit to putrid-like notes, reminiscent of rotting cheese.

She produces medium-height, branchy plants with long and thick central colas and displays a high calyx to leaf ratio. Cinderella 99 is known for its heavy yields and profuse resin production. She has an indoor flowering period of eight to nine weeks and is ready for harvest by October when grown in the Northern Hemisphere. Additionally, this strain responds well to heavy feeding and for best results, her breeder Mr. Soul himself recommends lots of light and nutrients, more specifically silica, magnesium and extra calcium. Mr. Soul also recommends utilizing either Sea of Green or Screen of Green cultivation methods for increased yields.
