Black D.O.G

Black D.O.G aka Black D.O.G Kush is an Indica dominant hybrid that was bred by Jessie of BioVortex in collaboration with the Humboldt Seed Organization. This strain is a cross of two Northern Californian classics, Blackberry Kush and Emerald Headband. Originally named Trimmers Delight, this strain quickly became BioVortex’s flagship strain and seeds were commercially released by Humboldt Seed Organization.

EFFECTS – 

Initial effects are mainly cerebral and gradually transitioning into heavy physical relaxation with a reputation to couch-lock.

GROW INFO – 

This strain produces medium-sized plants that can be grown both indoors and out with relative ease. Black D.O.G expresses vigorous growth and considerable stretch during early flowering. Growers can expect a sturdy root system, large broad fan leaves with a dark complexion and a wide enough spacing to allow sufficient light penetration. Black D.O.G buds grow large and dense with a compact structure and heavy resin production. This strain has a rather short indoor flowering period of seven to eight weeks and is ready for harvest by late September when grown outdoors in the Northern Hemisphere.
