Parented by Genius and Princess 75 (P75) back sometime between 1996 and 2000. Initially, for reasons unknown, Apollo 13’s breeders (Brother Grimm Seeds Co) choose to only release 500 seeds. Due to its high potency and eye-catching appearance, Apollo 13 has withstood the test of time. For several years this strain was maintained by other breeders in the cannabis community and was re-released by its founder, Mr. Soul from Brother Grimm Seeds Co in April 2016, meaning this strain was out of production in seed form for over 10 years. Apollo 13 has become a parent to many hybrids in the modern age of cannabis strain breeding. Without a doubt it still is, as it was back then, appealing to hybrid lovers around the world.

TASTE & SMELL –

Apollo 13 buds put out a pungent aroma with distinct skunk notes mixed with mango and tropical fruity citrus undertones. Once blazed, expect an overall citrusy and fuel-like taste.

EFFECTS –

This strain is known to deliver a cerebrally clear happy Sativa high that’s quite racy but without any paranoia-inducing properties. A few good tokes of Apollo 13 and one can expect a thought-provoking experience that’s both motivational and creativity-inspiring.

MEDICAL USES –

GROW INFO –

Apollo 13 produces medium-height plants with short internodes, strong thick branching and leaves that are wider than her half-sister’s (Apollo 11). A very sturdy high-yielding strain with deep green colored leaves, it is recommended for beginner growers due to it requiring little attention throughout its lifespan. Apollo 13 is best grown indoors and will normally finish flowering at seven to eight weeks, and if located in an optimal climate can also produce massive yields outdoors. She develops massive-sized buds that are well known for being super sticky, loaded with orange hairs and crystal trichomes.
