Originating from the Pacific Northwest of America, Pez is a 100% pure Indica strain that is said to be created from Pakistani and Afghani landrace genetics. This clone-only strain’s breeder remains unknown, although Cannabis folk law would have us believe that Pez was developed by the University of Washington to help treat cancer patients on Lopez Island, hence the strains name.
