Mazar I Sharif is a 100% pure legendary Afghani heirloom strain that originates from the lowland desert oasis towns of Balkh and Mazari Sharif in the far north of Afghanistan, just beyond the Hindu Kush mountains. In this region, she is called “Balkhi” or “Mazar” by local cultivators who have been utilizing this plant for generations in order to produce hand-pressed hashish/charas, also known as “Shirak I Mazar” and “Milk of Mazar”.
