Death Star is a 75% Indica dominant hybrid that was developed in the early 2000s by Team Death Star from Ohio. This clone-only strain is a cross of Sour Diesel and Sensi Star. She first began to make a name for herself around 2004 and rose in notoriety in 2010 when she was featured in High Times magazine. The strain’s name is assumed to be a reference to the cult Star Wars films.

Death Star buds emit a pungent aroma of earth and skunk with sweet diesel undertones. The strain’s flavors mirror her aroma profile with an added taste of citrus.

EFFECTS –

Death Star’s effects slowly creep up and gradually build into a long-lasting potent high. This strain induces calm and euphoric feelings with an enjoyable body buzz sensation. When enjoyed in higher doses, Death Star’s effects become more sedating and can leave users feeling sleepy and couch-locked. Death Star is generally a very strong strain that has tested up to 27% in THC content.
