Beast Mode OG is a 70% Indica dominant hybrid with a heavy 20% to 22% THC content that is a direct descendant of the legendary OG Kush strain. Named after the Seattle Seahawk’s hard-hitting running back, Marshawn Lynch following the 2014 Super Bowl.
TASTE & SMELL –
The aromas of the flower are sweet and woody with the smoke being pungent and earthy.
As the name suggests, Beast Mode OG comes on strong, hitting hard and packing a punch that will knock the stress out of you almost instantly. It has a strong head high and quickly causes giggle fits that will have you rolling on the ground for hours. After it peaks, the full-body high moves from your ears to the tips of your toes. Beast Mode OG has a slightly sedating effect, but it’s not a couch-lock strain.
MEDICAL USES –
This strain is ideal for treating chronic pain, reducing inflammation from arthritis, and gastrointestinal issues. If you need an appetite booster, Beast Mode OG is your bud, so prepare to hit the refrigerator before the high fades.
GROW INFO –
There isn’t much information about growing Beast Mode OG online, although it is said to be an easy strain to grow. Current data shows that it produces short plants with eight to nine week flowering periods and yields about 12 ounces per square meter indoors and around 14 ounces per plant outdoor. The flowers are small, dense and have an unusual blue-green hue contrasted with blazing bright orange pistils.
SEED AVAILABILITY –
This strain was initially produced by Zion Gardens and is available to cannasseurs through the Seattle-based delivery hub, Green Umbrella. Currently, seeds aren’t available for this hard-hitting cannabis strain and it is unknown whether or not clones are commercially available.
