Double Dutch is an award-winning 80% Indica dominant hybrid that was created by Dutch seed company, Magus Genetics. Gerrit Slot the founder of the company decided to cross a stud male of his signature strain Warlock with a Chronic female (pre2000) that he had sourced through Serious Seeds. Magus Genetics was founded in the early 90s and operated until 2005 when for unknown reasons the company discontinued operations. However, all of the Magus Genetics strains are still in production today and available through Serious Seeds due to deals made between the two seed companies.

TASTE & SMELL –

The aroma of Double Dutch is a combination of sweet fruit and wildflowers. This strain has a strong floral taste with earthy tones and is sweet on exhale.

Double Dutch produces a fast-acting cerebral head high despite being mainly Indica. This uplifting onset promotes mental clarity and sociability.

It is considered an easy grow and flowers for a short eight to nine weeks indoors, with expected yields of up to 18 ounces per square meter. Outdoors, Double Dutch can produce yields of up to 28 ounces per plant and is ready for harvest in late October when grown in the Northern Hemisphere. Additionally, the short, bushy plants will benefit from strategic defoliation to reveal bud sites and are known to express their full potential when grown in organic mediums.
