Blue Velvet aka Blueberry Thai is an evenly balanced hybrid that was created by DJ Short, the founder of DJ Short Seeds. This respected member of the “Blue Family” is a mix of Purple Thai and Afghani landrace genetics and was named for her attractive appearance.

This strain has a fruity aroma and a mainly floral taste.

GROW INFO – 

Blue Velvet produces short plants with thick sturdy stems and minimal foliage. This lush-looking variety displays hues ranging from red to lavender/blue on the undersides of the leaves. She flowers for only seven to eight weeks indoors and is ready for harvest by late September when grown outdoors in the Northern Hemisphere. Additionally, this easy-to-grow strain is known to yield large foxtail fashioned buds that are coated in a thick layer of resin.
