Kali Mist

Often called “The Queen of Sativas”, Kali Mist is a well-known strain with many awards under her belt. The strain was created by Serious Seeds back in 1993 and for unknown reasons, they chose not to disclose Kali Mist’s lineage. Many have speculated on Kali mist’s origins and it is thought that this strain may be the result of mixing 2 Sativa Landraces, the main strains considered being Thai, Colombian and Cambodian, although none of this can be verified. Serious Seeds tell us that Kali Mist underwent further reworks in 1998 and 2000 to help improve yield production and increase resistance to mold and bad weather.

TASTE & SMELL –

Kali Mist has a strong odor that’s earthy, herbal with a spicy scent and hints of pine. It is said to taste sweet and spicy at the same time. Some smokers have noted a herbal after-taste.

EFFECTS –

The high from this strain is described as cerebral, energy-boosting and uplifting. It’s important to mention that in higher doses it is reported that the strains cerebral head high can turn borderline psychedelic. Other common effects are heightened creativity and focus.
